How do I reset my password?
From the main login page, you can click on the “Forgot Password” link and follow the onscreen instructions to change your password.
How do I change my language preference?
At the top left corner, you can toggle between English and French views.
How do I delete my account?
Customer Admins and our LH Customer Service Team have the functionality to delete accounts. If your company does not have a customer admin, please contact Customer Service Team by phone at 1-855-339-4900 or by email at nabs.ar@lafargeholcim.help
Account Registration/Information
What role should I choose?
ADMIN USER: User will have full access to all customer information and the ability to modify company information. User is able to add new user accounts.
TRANSACTIONAL USER: User will have access to make payments and view invoices, tickets, and payment history.
USER: User will be able to view invoices and tickets but no ability to make payments.
OPERATIONS: User will only be able to access mill certification reports. No access to other customer information.
I did not receive an email to verify my email. What should I do?

How can I change my email address?
If your email address has changed, please create a new account with the new email address. Your customer admin should be able to delete the old account. If your company does not have a customer admin, please contact our Customer Service Team by phone at 1-855-339-4900 or by email at nabs.ar@lafargeholcim.help
Why hasn’t my access been approved?
